Andrew Nekvinda is the Head of Canva Czech Republic, where he drives product innovation and leads the Canva operations, from its European campus in Prague.
Since joining Canva in 2021 through the acquisition of Smartmockups, Andrew has been instrumental in integrating mockup technology into Canva’s platform, making advanced product visualization accessible to millions of users worldwide.
Today, he oversees a growing team focused on expanding Canva’s capabilities in 3D graphics and visualization while strengthening the company’s presence across Central and Eastern Europe through partnerships, events, and community initiatives.
With Canva now serving over 230 million monthly users in 190+ countries and powering more than 25 billion designs to date, Andrew’s work helps shape how individuals, small businesses, and enterprises alike collaborate and communicate visually. His leadership bridges local innovation in Prague with Canva’s global mission of empowering the world to design.
