Attending the Conference

Where can I find the full conference schedule?

The full agenda can be found on this page, or at the location on the big screen in front of Info Point.

How can I access my ticket if I lost it or didn’t receive it?

Try searching your Inbox @oveit.com. If you can’t find it, contact HelpDesk.

Do I need a ticket to enter the venue?

Yes, everyone entering the venue must have a ticket assigned to their name.

What about badges and wristbands?

Everyone entering the conference must wear both a lanyard and a wristband. Please make sure your wristband is securely fastened (use the “finger test” to check!).

Do I need to sign in every time I leave and re-enter the conference area?

Yes, everyone leaving the conference area must sign in upon re-entry, even if you have a bracelet and lanyard. The only exceptions are team members and volunteers, who can be identified by their special t-shirts and orange wristbands..

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

No, tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is issued to a specific individual and cannot be changed.

Where are the conference areas, and how do I get to them?

Is there free Wi-Fi at the venue, and what’s the password?

There is free WIFI, no password is required.

Where can I find food and drinks? Are there options for special dietary needs?

Plenty of food and drink options are available at the Food Court Area, by individual providers.

Where are the restrooms?

You can find the restrooms marked on the map at point 3.

Is there a place where I can store my luggage or personal belongings?

Yes, we have a cloakroom where you can safely store your belongings. You will find it in the Build & Grow Stage Area.

What should I do in case of a medical emergency? Is there a first aid station?

The medical corner is positioned at the entrance.

Where can I find information about public transportation or taxis?

Public transport information can be found on Google Maps. Also, some available ridesharing apps are: Bolt, Uber, Blue.

What social or networking events are organized during the conference?

I lost something at the conference; what should I do?

The Lost & Found desk is at the Info Point.

Are there any parking lots available at the venue?

Paid parking is available at Romexpo entrance B and C.

About Our Networking App

How do I get access to the networking app? / I didn’t get an invite for the networking app

Search for an email from Brella or [email protected] about the networking app (which has to be in the email assigned to your ticket). If you don’t find it, we’ll search for you in the app.

Do I need an app on my phone?

Yes, you have to search for the Brella networking app. You can find it directly on this page: https://www.howtoweb.co/app/

I scheduled a meeting but the other person did not show up

Did they accept the meeting? If so, it may be the case that they forgot or are held up in another meeting. Write them in the chat and eventually reschedule the missed meeting.

Where can I see my meetings?

Via the app, in “My Agenda”
