Through AllGrow, she has introduced design thinking into classrooms and built meaningful connections between students and professionals, fostering innovation and real-world learning. AllGrow programs empower young people to become active changemakers in their communities.
Mădălina’s mission is to create educational ecosystems where creativity, collaboration, and civic responsibility intersect. At How to Web Conference 2025, she will highlight how technology and human-centered design could scale educational impact and prepare the next generation of problem-solvers.
