Gina Dragulin brings over 18 years of strategic marketing leadership across top-tier tech firms such as Microsoft, Miro, Synthesized, Unbabel, and SoSafe. Recognized as one of the “Top 100 Future B2B CMOs” in 2022, she expertly blends technical marketing insight with executional clarity to scale SaaS, cloud, and AI solutions globally.

As Vice President, Product Marketing at SoSafe since April 2024, Gina drives the product vision and GTM strategy to elevate SoSafe’s market positioning as a leader in human risk management. She led launches for flagship offerings like the Human Risk OS and Cybersecurity Maturity Model, positioning SoSafe at the forefront of Human Risk Management.

She also steered key engagement initiatives—including masterclasses and product experiences at HuFiCon, where she reached over 600 attendees and further amplified the brand’s impact and recognition as a G2 Momentum Leader.

Earlier in her career, Gina shaped Microsoft’s EMEA marketing for cloud innovations including AI, Big Data, and DevOps, developing audience-focused GTM strategies and programs that drove awareness and adoption among technical communities. During her tenure at Miro, she led the GTM for the Developer Platform and Enterprise suite, growing product engagement and developer adoption. In her VP role at Synthesized, she built a global marketing function that supported rapid scaling through impactful messaging, demand generation, and brand expansion.

Beyond her professional work, Gina mentors startups on honing product-market fit, GTM strategy, and ecosystem collaboration—bringing a grounded, mentorship-driven approach to innovation. Her passions span mentoring young professionals, exploring over 50 countries, indoor climbing, volleyball, and pet rescue.

At How to Web Conference 2025, Gina will deliver a talk titled “Beyond PMF: How to Grow When Fit Keeps Moving.” She will explore how founders and tech leaders can navigate shifting market dynamics, sustain growth beyond product-market fit, and adapt strategies as the definition of “fit” evolves.
