Zuzanna
Zuzanna is an early-stage investor at HV Capital, one of the leading European VC funds. She focuses on fintech & software infrastructure investments across Europe.
Zuzanna started her professional career in a start-up in Nairobi, Kenya, where she learned that the life of a founder is filled with constant ups & downs.
Similarly, she developed a genuine appreciation for big ideas, the complexity of running a business, and the power of teamwork. Before joining HV, Zuzanna spent two years in private equity at BlackRock in London, where she focused on climate tech investments across Europe and gained hands-on deal experience. She was also part of Goldman Sachs and Global Founders Capital, where she gained valuable know-how in investment banking and venture capital.
Zuzanna loves supporting extraordinary visions, building long-lasting relationships, and helping others solve complex problems. She graduated from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands and ESADE Business School in Spain.
