Founder and CTO of FourthSpace Labs, specializing in enterprise data infrastructure, spatio-temporal analysis and applied AI. Sebastian spent years refining how complex organizational data is governed and deployed, currently serving as Technical Lead for Project Snow, a Google.org-backed initiative with the University of Warwick using predictive AI to modernize preventative healthcare.
Alongside his technical work, Sebastian shapes deep-tech policy and startup acceleration. As a Founding Member of RISE Hub Romania, he drafts early-stage investment policy proposals while advising WMG Venture Studio at the University of Warwick, mentoring deep-tech founders and sitting on the committee for the Society for Location Analysis.
