Raluca Epureanu

Raluca Epureanu is a hospitality executive and entrepreneur with an 18-year career spanning 26 countries and four continents.

She has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Marriott International, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Events for Asia-Pacific, overseeing 750 hotels across 23 brands and leading a workforce of 175,000 associates.

In 2023, Raluca founded FlairMakers, a talent-on-demand platform addressing one of the hospitality industry’s most pressing challenges: the shortage of skilled professionals.

FlairMakers connects in-person and remote freelancers with hospitality businesses worldwide. The platform empowers talent with above-average wages, flexibility, and career development, while helping companies fill critical roles efficiently. Its mission is to build a fairer, more inclusive industry—one engagement at a time.

Raluca holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, where she became the first Romanian woman to earn the prestigious Forté Scholarship. She graduated with distinction and was recognized among Poets & Quants’ Best and Brightest Executive MBAs of 2022. In 2023, she was named to the list of the Top 100 Romanians Worldwide, celebrating her global impact on the hospitality sector.
