With over 25 years of investment experience spanning venture capital, private equity, and real estate, Tamm has accumulated underlying stakes in more than 600 companies through direct investments, funds, and syndicates. His focus on secondary strategies since 2021 addresses critical market inefficiencies in providing liquidity for startup ecosystems.

Before secondary investing, Rain Tamm co-founded LHV Bank, one of Estonia's leading financial institutions, and built businesses across banking, internet ventures, and cultural initiatives including co-founding Fotografiska Tallinn, a renowned photography museum. Tamm serves as Partner at Oaklins M&A Baltics since 1999 and held managing partner positions at GILD Bankers and LHV, plus foundational roles at Swedbank.
