Radu Bozga is Vice President at Notion Capital, one of Europe’s leading venture funds focused on B2B SaaS.
Born and raised in Romania, Radu has always been fascinated by technology—his first coding project was part of an e-commerce website, a step beyond the classic “Hello World.”
At 18, he moved to London to study Computer Science and Management at UCL, blending technical knowledge with business perspective. Before joining Notion in 2021, he worked at UiPath on the Corporate Strategy team during the company’s journey to IPO, gaining first-hand experience in how scaleups prepare for global growth.
At Notion, Radu focuses on European B2B and SaaS investments, with a strong personal interest in developer tools, infrastructure, and the wave of companies emerging from Central and Eastern Europe. He values Notion’s founder-first culture, seeing the firm as a true partner that grows alongside its portfolio.
