A former tech CEO and engineering leader, Pavel brings a rare mix of deep technical expertise and business acumen to the investment world. Before joining Tilia, he served as VP at Avast and co-founded Inmite, one of CEE’s pioneers in mobile development for banking, telecom, automotive, and digital security—later acquired by Avast.
Today, Pavel focuses on supporting ambitious impact-driven founders, helping them scale solutions that deliver both strong financial performance and measurable positive outcomes for society and the environment.
