Olga Melniciuc is the Chief Executive Officer of Startup Moldova, leading the foundation’s mission to empower Moldovan startups and strengthen the country’s innovation ecosystem.
Under her leadership, Startup Moldova builds infrastructure, fosters collaboration, and amplifies the visibility of Moldovan startups on the international stage, aiming to position Moldova as a key hub for entrepreneurship and technology in Eastern Europe.
Before taking on this role, Olga founded and led Investitii.md, a boutique consultancy focused on business financing, where she supported startups and SMEs in scaling through strategic planning, financial structuring, and investor readiness.
She also worked with XY Partners as a partner and mentor, helping founders refine revenue models, financial projections, and pitches, and served as a consultant for UN Women, contributing to programs designed to empower women entrepreneurs.
Olga is an Included VC Fellow (Class of 2023), a global venture capital fellowship she joined after being selected from thousands of applicants, further deepening her expertise in startups, fundraising, and venture investing.
