Oana Craioveanu has dedicated her career to strengthening the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems by building professional networks, driving systemic change, and enabling startup growth.

With experience across the corporate, SME, public, and NGO sectors, she thrives on creating impactful collaborations and designing multi-stakeholder initiatives that accelerate entrepreneurship.

As Co-founder of Impact Hub Bucharest, Oana transformed Romania’s first co-working space into a vibrant community of more than 3,000 members — a central hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.

Under her leadership, Impact Hub has delivered over 35 acceleration and incubation programs, supported 1,000+ startups, and facilitated more than €5 million in funding, cementing its role as a cornerstone of Romania’s startup ecosystem.

Beyond Impact Hub, Oana has collaborated with the World Bank as a consultant on research, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Her expertise spans ecosystem development, strategic management, business planning, and corporate social responsibility.

Passionate about fostering entrepreneurial action, she continues to bridge gaps across sectors, convening stakeholders and building programs that leave a lasting impact on communities and economies.
