Investment manager at Resource Partners, Miruna leads private equity transactions and growth investments across Romania and CEE. A London School of Economics graduate with background in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division and ROCA Investments, she drives regional buyouts and expansion capital across consumer, tech and service sectors.
Miruna is most interested in founder-led businesses at the point where the model is proven and the question becomes how fast it can scale. Resource Partners writes equity tickets of €7-20m, backing growth financing, buyouts, and succession situations.
Outside the deal table, Miruna chairs the Romanian chapter of Level 20, the initiative to improve gender diversity in European private equity, co-founded the PE & VC Academy, and leads the GP education taskforce at ROPEA, the Romanian Private Equity Association.
