Mircea Căpățînă has been an entrepreneur his entire professional life. As Co-founder and Marketing Director of SmartBill, alongside Radu and Ioana Hasan, he built the most widely used invoicing and management software in Romania, trusted by thousands of businesses.
Originally trained as a programmer, Mircea quickly found his strength in marketing and business development, shaping SmartBill into a household name in Romanian entrepreneurship. Beyond his role at SmartBill, he is also recognized as one of the “lions” on Shark Tank Romania, where he supports and challenges founders to think bigger.
