Co-Founder @ Inner Loom

Linn Caldas is the Co-Founder of Inner Loom, a nonprofit based in Gothenburg committed to strengthening young adults’ mental health and fostering a sense of belonging. With over 15 years of HR experience across global organizations, including seven years focused on workplace belonging and mental health, she brings a powerful blend of strategic insight and compassionate leadership.

Prior to founding Inner Loom, Linn led Spotify’s global mental health strategy, Heart & Soul, from conception to global rollout. She steered a network of 250 global ambassadors, embedding mental health advocacy into Spotify’s culture. Through evidence-based initiatives—including ambassador training, domestic abuse and substance use awareness campaigns, and inclusive Community Circles—88% of employees acknowledged the organization’s commitment to mental well-being.

Today, at Inner Loom, Linn applies her corporate and systemic experience to create programs, meet-ups, and inclusive spaces where young adults can connect, feel supported, and realize it’s okay not to be okay. Her expertise spans leadership development, learning design, facilitation, community engagement, and organizational change.

At How to Web Conference 2025, Linn will present “Mental Resilience: The Hidden Driver of Sustainable Performance.” She will discuss how systemic approaches and community support can help normalize mental health conversations, build belonging, and strengthen resilience for entrepreneurs, offering frameworks that translate global strategy into grassroots impact.
