Ken Morse is a serial entrepreneur, innovation expert, and global sales veteran with more than 35 years of experience in high-tech sales and startup leadership. As Chairman & CEO of Entrepreneurship Ventures Inc., he supports ambitious founders worldwide in designing, launching, and scaling ventures built on innovative technologies.
Through education, coaching, and access to customer and investor networks, his mission is to help entrepreneurs unlock their full global potential.
Ken’s career includes leadership roles at six technology startups between 1980 and 1996, five of which achieved successful IPOs or mergers. As Managing Director of AspenTech EMEA, he scaled the team from 22 to over 200 and grew revenues by up to 900%. He then served as Founding Managing Director of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center (1996–2009), where he launched the MIT Entrepreneurship Development Program, training over 2,000 entrepreneurs from around the world.
He has also contributed to public policy and ecosystem building, serving on the U.S. National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship under President Obama, where he helped launch initiatives including Startup America and the JOBS Act. Since 2009, he has been a Visiting Professor at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and he continues to advise startups and corporates globally on entrepreneurial sales strategies, innovation, and intrapreneurship.
Ken holds a BSc in Political Science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His specialties include entrepreneurial sales, securing beachhead customers, and building sustainable international ventures.
