Head of public affairs at Romanian Business Leaders (RBL), a leading business association that promotes entrepreneurship, social responsibility and economic development. Iulia has more than 19 years of working experience in public affairs and communication, most of which at management level.
As a public affairs senior professional, Iulia works with key stakeholders from across industry and services, influencing policy making and public opinion on key issues such as economic, fiscal, labor, agri-business and digital policies.
On behalf of RBL, for the term of 2026-2027, she has a seat in the EBRD's Civil Society Committee. Iulia has been following the professional training for board members under Envisia programs and is an international TUV certified trainer. Her mission is to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the complex and dynamic public affairs environment.
