Imran Ghory co-founded Blossom Capital in 2018, helping build one of Europe’s standout Series A venture firms. He specializes in generative AI, developer infrastructure, and cybersecurity, backing promising companies such as Checkout.com, Tines, Spacelift, Pigment, and Cado Security. His technical background enables him to assess startups at both code and boardroom level.

Before venture capital, Imran led engineering and data science efforts across fintech and startup platforms. He founded CoderStack, a developer-centric hiring platform, and crafted the fizzbuzz interview technique—an approach that spread widely across the tech industry. He even published academic work on reinforcement learning ahead of its mainstream adoption.
