Eva Arh is a venture capital investor and Partner at 3VC, a European VC fund based in Vienna, Austria. Since joining 3VC in 2017 as a Principal, she has played a key role in building the fund and working closely with a diverse portfolio of category-defining tech companies across enterprise infrastructure, transportation tech, and health IT sectors.
Before 3VC, Eva was a startup consultant at Austria’s largest high-tech incubator, INiTS, where she supported early-stage technology companies with business modeling, fundraising strategies, and business development. She also contributed as a CFO and investor relations manager at tech startups.
Eva’s hands-on experience in startup management and growth has strengthened her ability to guide founders through navigating early growth stages successfully.
Eva is passionate about enabling the next generation of founders in Central and Eastern Europe and the DACH region to build global businesses.
She enjoys becoming a trusted sparring partner for founders, focusing on understanding their motivations, ambitions, and challenges, and providing ongoing support in both good and challenging times.
Her approach underscores the importance of trust and authentic relationships in venture capital.
She holds a Master of Science in International Management (CEMS MIM) from Vienna University of Economics and Business, including studies at Stockholm School of Economics and University of St.Gallen.
Eva has invested in and serves on the boards of innovative companies such as Pactum AI, Creatopy, Avi Medical, Lokalise, and simpleclub. She is also active in supporting female founders to close the funding gap as an ambassador for Sie., an initiative dedicated to female entrepreneurship.
In her free time, Eva enjoys reading science fiction and values time spent in nature, reflective of her Latvian roots.
