Dragos is a serial entrepreneur, investor and president of BRAT (the Romanian Bureau for Transmedia Audit). The founder of Upgrade 100, he builds media and acceleration platforms like IQ Digital and Go Global while advocating for ethical technology, independent journalism and digital policy.
A former journalist and media executive who launched over 20 media brands across print, digital, radio and TV, Dragos transitioned into entrepreneurship with two successful exits in programmatic and digital advertising (Project Agora and Thinkdigital). Through Upgrade 100, he leads educational events, SME digitization initiatives and international startup acceleration programs.
On the non-profit and policy front, Dragoș founded the Ethical Media Alliance to support public-interest journalism and sits on the board of the Edge Institute think tank. Re-elected four times as president of BRAT, he continuously champions media transparency, audience measurement standards and responsible tech innovation across CEE.
