Cătălina Dodu is a seasoned technology executive and cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, consulting, and cyber resilience across global markets.
She currently serves as EMEIA Cyber Managed Services Solutioning Leader, Technology Consulting Leader, and Leader Cybersecurity South Cluster at EY, where she advises enterprises on strengthening security strategies while enabling innovation and business growth.
Before joining EY, Cătălina played a pivotal role at Atos IT Solutions and Services Romania, where she led operations for a business of over 3,500 employees and €130M in turnover.
She also held senior international positions, including Global Cybersecurity Services Presales and Transition & Transformation Head, and was responsible for the Cybersecurity Business for the Olympics & Major Events, ensuring resilience for some of the world’s largest live operations. Her earlier career includes leading cybersecurity business in Central and Eastern Europe at Atos, as well as serving as Director of Product Management at Bitdefender, one of the global leaders in endpoint security.
Cătălina’s academic background reflects her multidisciplinary expertise: she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, a Master’s degree in IT Project Management, and is a graduate of the Romanian-Canadian MBA program.
Widely recognized for her leadership and deep understanding of both technology and business, she continues to shape the cybersecurity landscape in Europe and beyond.
