Cătălin Lupoaie has been B2B Marketing Manager at BCR since March 2022, having previously held the position of Public Affairs Manager between 2018 and 2022.
He has a degree in journalism and worked for six years at Ziarul Financiar, then completed a master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communication at Sheffield University and joined the marketing and communication specialists.
He is a supporter of businesses built on solid foundations, having himself had three years of entrepreneurial experience in marketing consulting before joining the BCR team.
Cătălin is one of the creators of the free entrepreneurial education platform BCR Școala de Business, which currently has over 21,000 users. Since 2019, he has been a Business Grower in the InnovX-BCR accelerator, dedicated to technology start-ups, which has gathered over 170 alumni in the last four and a half years. He believes that Romania needs entrepreneurial spirit and that this can be achieved through involvement, digitization, and financial education.
He is passionate about music, DJing in the evenings, and mountain guiding.
