Before Lead Ventures, Balázs Haszonics served as CFO for trading and retail businesses at MOL Group, one of the largest energy companies in the region, giving him unique insights into scaling operations and navigating complex markets. Haszonics also gained experience in M&A, financial advisory, and valuation at PwC, MSCI Barra, and ING Bank, plus briefly advised the European Parliament's Industry, Research and Energy Committee.
