Alexandra is an AI engineering leader and serial founder with deep expertise in machine learning platforms and product scaling. She was the co-founder and CTO of MorphL (acquired by Algolia in 2021), where she subsequently spent four years as director of AI engineering building enterprise AI search and discovery products.
A veteran of the European startup ecosystem, Alexandra has co-founded three tech ventures and graduated from top-tier accelerators, including Techstars Montréal AI. Following MorphL’s acquisition by Algolia, she led international engineering teams developing high-impact AI models that drove multi-million-dollar ARR growth for Algolia’s global search platform.
Beyond her engineering leadership, Alexandra is deeply committed to ecosystem building. She co-founded and directed a pre-accelerator program supporting diverse startup teams and currently co-hosts the CTO Craft Bucharest Mixer, mentoring technical leaders on building scalable AI architectures and performant engineering teams.
