Aida Enache is Executive Director for Retail Digital Transformation at BRD – Groupe Société Générale, where she leads the design and execution of the bank’s digital strategy for its retail business line.
She also heads the Omnichannel Tribe, overseeing the evolution of internet and mobile banking platforms as well as digital journeys for both customers and staff.
With over a decade of experience in financial markets, Aida previously served as Financial Markets Solutions and Governance Director (Markets COO) at BRD, where she managed end-to-end delivery of trading platforms, custody applications, and new product implementations.
Her work included leading regulatory adaptation (MiFID, EMIR, Benchmarks Regulation), operational risk control, budgeting, and vendor management, while also serving as COO of BRD’s joint venture with Société Générale Investment Banking.
Throughout her career, Aida has been recognized for her ability to balance innovation with governance, driving simplification initiatives, and shaping organizational culture.
With a strong background in agile transformation, digital strategy, and regulatory frameworks, she continues to pioneer how traditional financial institutions can adapt and thrive in a fast-changing digital landscape.
